Updating a User Using the User Upload Feature

You can update the account information of one or many users simply by uploading a CSV file to the LMS with active user emails instead of new ones. Then, any information following the active emails will be attributed to the current user, and updates will be made. This feature is useful if you want to change the information of many users at once. 

You can navigate to the upload feature by clicking Manage Users from the sidebar, then clicking the Upload Users tab at the top of the screen. On the page that appears, you can upload your CSV file.
